Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

No appointment is needed, we can look at your vehicle anytime Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

How long will the estimate take and when will you start the repairs?

It takes approximately 20 minutes to look at your vehicle. If your vehicle is drivable we will set up an appointment at this time for you to bring your vehicle back for the actual repairs. This allows us to order parts in advance of your appointment allowing for a faster repair. If you feel your vehicle is not safe to drive then you can drop it off and leave it with us.

How do I get my vehicle towed?

We recommend Groat Brothers Towing, they are available 24 hours a day at 734-284-6232.

How do I get a rental car?

We recommend Enterprise rental car, they are located 3 blocks from our office and have free customer pick up and drop off to our office. They work directly with all major insurance companies and in most cases have direct billing if your rental is covered under your insurance policy. Their phone number is 734-282-7671.

Can I get a ride home when I drop my vehicle off?

Yes, we provide a ride home for any customer within a 10 mile radius. Please call ahead so that arrangements can be made.

What is direct repair?

Direct repair is a process that most major insurance companies use in order to provide a more convenient and faster repair process. This process allows us to write the estimate and directly upload it along with pictures to your insurance company. This saves you the step of going to a drive in claims center and it also allows us to repair additional damages that we may find, without waiting for an insurance adjuster to reinspect the damages.

Do I have to pay my deductible?

Unfortunately you do, the deductible is determined by your insurance policy and it is considered insurance fraud to try to hide or bury the deductible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard,  and personal checks up to $250.00. Cash and money orders are always accepted.

Don't I have to take my lease back to the dealer?

No, we repair lease vehicles everyday. No vehicle manufacturer requires that you take your lease vehicle back to a dealer for collision repair.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes, we warranty our workmanship for the life of the vehicle, and we put it in writing! (see shop for details)
